Evergreen Tips For SSC CPO Physical and Medical Examination.



Dear Aspirants , 

Those who are  preparing for SSC CPO Exam must aware of Writing Part.
    
PET and PST will be pass only by Candidate Effort but Passing a Medical Exam fully depend on your Physical Structure as well as Doctor Team.

    Medical Examination is matter of luck where no one Sure , it all depends on the Medical Board who is fully respondible for this Exam.
     
Still there are few Key Points Candidate Should be aware Of 
     1 :- Present Yourself in Confidence.
     2 :- Knock - knee could be hide if you will Practise it Earlier 
     3 :- If your Eye Sight is weak , you can correct it By LASIK before Medical Test.
     4 :-  Colour Blindness cannot be cured so i have no advice for it. 
     Many Candidate have above Problem and it will be treated so i write it. 
   
 SSC CPO Medical Examination will conduct following Test listed below :- 
         
          1:- Eye Test.
          2:-Lasik Surgery
          3:-Color Blindness Test
          4:-Flat Foot and Knock Knee
          5:-Urine Test 
          6:- Blood Test
          7:-Physical Appearance Test
          8:-Ear Check
          9:- Vericose Vein
          10:- Other Test
       
    But PET And Medical Examination  played an important role. Students are now preparing to clear the  hurdle of Physical Endurance Test. In SSC CPO exam, Physical Endurance and Standards Tests (PET/PST) play a vital role in selecting eligible candidates for the post of SI/ASI in various police forces. Although Physical Test is qualifying in nature, every student knows that it could be a Vital  factor in getting his dream job.

 In this article, we will highlight all the essential details of the SSC CPO Physical Endurance and Standards Test. SSC CPO PET/PST will be conducted after SSC CPO Tier I Exam . It is mandatory to clear SSC CPO Tier I Exam to appear for PET/PST . PET  and Result will be conducted and  be announced on the same day or next Day..

               Below is the Test Policy of SSC CPO Exam.
SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test(PET)

For Male candidates only
100 meters race in 16 seconds
1.6 Km race in 6.5 minutes
Long Jump: 3.65 metres in 3 chances
High Jump: 1.2 metres in 3 chances
Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances

For Female Candidates only
100 metres race in 18 seconds
800 metres race in 4 minutes
Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances.
High Jump: 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances.


The physical test and medical test plays an important role in the SSC CPO Exam, as it helps in shortlisting the eligible candidates for different posts of SI/ASI.
If you Guys really want to join CPO, then clearing the SSC CPO SI Physical Test and Medical Examination is very important.

This year the SSC CPO SI Physical Test Date will be announced soon . However, paper 1 exam is scheduled for 29th September 2020. 
After clearing PET and Medical Exam , you will be called for Tier :- 2 Exam.
